Six type maditation

  There are so many different types of meditation.  How many?  Who knows, but enough is enough that you may find the one that's right for you.  To start your search, here are six types of meditation you can try.   1. Watching the breath.  Can meditation be as simple as paying attention to your breath for a few minutes?  Absolutely.  Relax in whatever position works best for you, close your eyes and begin to focus on your breathing.  Breathing through your nose engages your diaphragm and carries oxygen to the bottom of your lungs. As you change your mind, focus on the air in and out of your nose.  Just do this for several minutes or more as you get used to it.   2. A blank mind meditation.  Meditating can create a kind of "objectless awareness," which clears all thoughts from your mind.  Techniques for doing this often include sitting in a "full lotus" or cross-legged position and letting the mind be silent on its own....
